1.How far in advance can I make a reservation?

We usually accept bookings up to 5 months in advance.

2.Can I make a reservation on the day?

You can make a reservation by telephone or online.

Please note that we may be fully booked on the day, so please make sure to check the room availability of the day in advance by telephone or online.


3.If you are fully booked by online booking, isn't it possible to stay?

Please contact us by phone as we may be able to prepare a room because of the cancellation on the day and so on.


4.Can I specify the floor or location I wish to stay in?

You can specify the type of room (Japanese-style room, Western-style room (cafe, simple, pop)), but you cannot specify the number of floors or the location.


5.Our children are still small, so how does this change the room price? What ages or numbers are covered?

0-5 years children may sleep in the same bed as their parents at no extra charge.

One pre-school child may sleep with one adult.

Should you prefer to have your 0-5 years children sleep in their own separate beds, 3,000 JPY per night will apply.


Children over 6 years will be charged the same price as adults.


6.Do you have breakfast (a plan with breakfast)?

No we don't.

The guest room has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and an espresso machine (with coffee capsules), so please bring your own breakfast.


7.Is it possible to prepay the accommodation fee?

Yes, it is possible upon request. We accept pre-payment by the following method.

8.Can minors(under 20 years old in Japan) stay?

Yes, even minors guests can stay.

However, if you are staying alone, or staying in a group with only minors, we ask the "parental guardian" to submit the "Consent Form".


9.Do you offer handicapped-accessible rooms?

No we don’t , but one of the hotel entrances has wheelchair ramp and the elevator is accessible to wheelchair users.


10.Do you have any connecting rooms?

No we don’t.


11.Is there a smoking room?

WALLABY HOUSE is a smoke-free property.For smoking, please use the smoking area next to the front desk.

If you smoke in a place other than a smoking area, a cleaning fee of 20,000 yen will be charged


12.Can I use the internet in the guest room?

Yes, you can connect to the Internet free of charge by wireless LAN.


13.How will room cleaning be done for long stay?

Changing linens and towels and room cleaning will be done only for those who staying over 5 nights.

We will inform you of the schedule at check-in.

If you stay within 4 nights, please use the washing machine with dryer in your room to wash towels. and even if staying for over 5 nights, the towels will not be changed until the day of cleaning.


14.Is the entrance open 24 hours a day?

All entrances of the hotel are locked from 24:00 to 6:00 at night for security reasons.

When arriving during this time, please call on the intercome next to the door so that the night staff will open.


15.What should I do if I check-in late?

Please let us know in advance if you will arrive after 22:00 on the day.

And please note that if we do not hear from you, we may consider your reservation cancelled as of midnight of the date reserved.


16.Can you hold my luggage before I check in or after I check out?

We shall be pleased to take care of your luggage at Front Desk


17.Can I send my luggage to the hotel ahead of my arrival?

We would be glad to hold your bags at Front Desk.

When sending bags to us, please send them to the following address, clearly specifying the name of the guest and the dates they will be staying with us.

18.I want to send packages that require keeping refrigirated or frozen, but can you keep them?

Due to the limited storage space, it may not be possible to keep it refrigerated or frozen if you send it without letting us know.

Please note also that we cannot guarantee regarding the contents of the package.


19.Can I send luggages from the hotel?

Yes, we accept at the front desk. However, you can only send by using cash on delivery.


20.Can I make copies or send a fax?

Yes, we accept at the front desk.


21.What amenities are available in the guestrooms?

Espresso capsule, Sugar, Green Tea, Bath amenities( Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash ), Slippers, Bath towel, Hand towel, Bath mat

This is sold at the front desk.

・Women's cosmetics set( Cleansing・ Facial wash・ All-in-one gel ) 100yen ・Toothbrush 50yen

22.What items may I borrow for usage in the rooms?

Salt, Pepper, Soy souce ,Vegetable oil, Rice cooker, Iron and Ironing board, Humidifier, Fan heater, Blanket, Extension code, DVD player, Hot plate, Umbrella, Baby bath tub, Baby bath seat, Baby waterproof sheet protector, Tableware for children

There is a clothes drying stand, vacuum cleaner and floor cleaning sheets for long stay guests.

 

We supply limited numbers, and we do not accept reservations. So please inquire directly at the front desk when you check-in.


23.Do you have nightwear?

No we don’t. Please bring them with you.
