WALLABY HOUSE is a condominium hotel that is recommended for long stays as all rooms are equipped with kitchens and washing machines with dryers.

All rooms can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Western-style rooms are basically twin beds (excluding double bedrooms).

For 3 or 4 people, 1 sofa bed and 1 extra bed will be included. Infants (under elementary school age) are free of charge if one person sleeps with an adult. Infants who use a bed (futon) will be charged 3,000 yen per night.

All rooms have shower only.

All rooms are non smoking. *There is a smoking area outside the building on the first floor(6:00-24:00).

We provide house keeping service including cleaning, and changing linens and towels only for stays of 5 nights or more. Please note that there is no cleaning service for stays of 4 nights or less.

For long-term stays of 31 days or more, we may be able to prepare a room for you even if you cannot make a reservation through the reservation system. Please contact us directly by e-mail.

Check in is from 3pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving after 10pm please let us know.

Check out is at 10am. We can keep your luggage anytime before check in and after check out.

We do not have our own car park. We will show you to the coin parking lot nearby when you check-in.

We supply limited numbers, and we do not accept reservations. So please inquire directly at the front desk when you check-in.

The following charges will apply if you cancel your reservations.

Cancellation three days to two days before arrival: 30%

Cancellation the day before arrival: 50%

Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100%

No-show: 100%
